Dear Mr Son Fii has received information that ALT customer has checked and found 01 pcs FHD channel noise * 1pcs . Fii checked the production history and test record are normal. The FHD channel function is not tested at the factory and OBA station, so we cannot simulate the problem. Therefore, thanks to ALT support, we would like to log in to test that function at the factory, to improve the problem of errors being passed to customers in the following shipments. Fii waits for the defect NG to be back to analyze and provide a more detailed FA report. Many thanks Rachel |

Dear Mr Sh Son 15/07 We received DOA units, - FHD (1920 x 1080, codecs: H264 AVC/AAC) channel live suffers from image noise Initial check and some notes below: 1. Production history => Normal 2. Visual Inspection And X-ray Checking : - VI found product warranty seal broken => housing has been opened from the ALT customer side - X-ray no found abnormal 3. OBA Function Re-test: - Product can’t re-test at OBA Because we do not have an account to log into the customer interface, we cannot open the MX player App. - Check video YOUTOBE: no found abnormal. 4. Check Console Log => Product can’t back up the factory software 5. FATP and OBA dont cover this issue cause FATP doesn’t test file “Live_0_1747981707_0.ts” (Video FHD 1920 x 1080, codecs: H264 AVC/AAC) . ==> We request the customer to cooperate in disabling the protection mode to proceed with further technical actions. Hi Rachel. Thank you for your updates, 1. about Check Console Log => Product can’t back up the factory software -> Please request "543.44 SD" image to your RD team. SD version is user debug and can output the console log. 2. From what I've reviewed, the symptoms don't reproducible on YouTube. also did not reproducible with other video codecs either. The problem occurred only on FHD live channels on IPTV. Please review the attached live captuered stream file. 3. will open google menu at "셋톱박스 초기 인증" window a. "blue -> 1 -> 2 -> 3 -> 8" will open google menu. then can be open the MX player App b.But, if you want to login the customer interface, at "셋톱박스 초기 인증" window. Dear Sh Son Fii update some item on FA report : 1. Co-work with RD update test plane: add item test “check HDMI H264 video” at FT1 station. Done 25/07/2025. 2. Control Run add item tests " “check HDMI H264 video” at FT1 station" cover issue with 100 test products to evaluate the testing program before mass production deployment. Due date : 13/08/2025. 3. Dear Mr Son Fii update control result: Control run PASS. ( Please refer to the detailed report ) Test program at FT1 station with NG DUT, All test systems detected image noise error on NG DUT. - SMT, PTH & FATP yield rate 100%. applied using “HDMI H264 Video Test” test program for T99X171.00 from MP 08/2025 shipment “HDMI H264 Video Test”. Fii wants to keep this DOA defective product as a sample to check on FATP error check “HDMI H264 Video Test”. Many thanks Rachel |
